Forced arbitration clauses are increasingly used to silence employees, consumers, and small business owners and to prevent them from seeking justice through the courts. As a seasoned expert who has testified before the FTC, multiple state legislatures, and congressional committees, I bring firsthand insights into how these clauses disproportionately affect small business owners and franchisees.
